I'm Kirsten, the slightly nuts woman who lives here. This is my world - full of half-finished crafts, empty scrapbook pages, burnt dinners, dirty dishes, and slobbering dogs.
In my world, faith and family go hand-in-hand. I'm no super mom, but my kid seems to think I am, and I'm just trying to live up the hype! In my mind, I've got the craft know-how of Martha Stewart, the decorating sense of Better Homes & Gardens, and the body of Kate Beckinsale. In the real world, where I'm forced to live against my will, I'm just me. Living a life too blessed to be stressed, and keeping it real, one blog post at a time!

I'm also on my second marriage (finally found a man who tolerates my stupid humor, OCD-leanings, and bad movie references), and have a daughter who splits her life in half between our house and her dad's house.
