Kickoff to Summer Camp - Day 4

Wrapping up Summer Camp Week today with a quick little idea to help your kids bring everything home!  Sure, you'll pack everything nice and neat for them, but can you count on them to bring everything home?

My Marley is seriously forgetful.  God love her...she just can't keep herself organized, and can't remember her lunchbox everyday from school, much less a week's worth of camp supplies!

Here's what I made for her:

I used the packing list from her camp information to create a packing list in Excel.  I made sure to add quantities as well.  Example:  Shirts (7), Socks (8), and so on.

Trim it down...

Pull out your handy laminating machine...

And run it through.

Trim the excess plastic then punch a hole in the top.

Add a ribbon.  Then you just tie it on to the duffle bag, and your little kiddo is ready to pack their own camp bag to come home!  Now, if only Marley will remember to read the list....
