Super Awesome Mini Memory Book/Travel Album

I am beyond thrilled to show you what I've been working on lately.  I've seriously felt like I was going to burst.  I finished these little books over the weekend, and waited until today to show them off....

You see, these are gifts.  I'm leaving tomorrow for a much-needed, long-overdue weekend with 3 of my dearest girlfriends from high school in Charleston, SC.  I didn't want them to see their gifts too soon, so I waited until today to blog about them.

Because they are that awesome....

Seriously...aren't they fantastic?  Oh, wait - you absolutely must see inside each one!

But first, let me give you a quick tour of what supplies I used in making these little cuties:

{The Snapshot Stack}

I found this amazing stack of 12x12 cardstock at Hobby Lobby and knew it was perfect for my project!

{Stickers by soft spoken, La Petites, and Jolee's boutique - all from Hobby Lobby}

{Tim Holtz stickers and embellishments, Bubble Abilities travel stickers, Smash stickers, and shipping tags}

You will also notice a lot of journal cards and such from Becky Higgins' Project Life, Amber edition.  I have an extra set of the journal cards that I randomly use, and they were perfectly suited for this project.

So, before I go any further, let me give you a quick explanation:  The idea behind these books is quite simple.  I have provided a space for journaling and memory keeping.  All that's left to do is insert 4x6 pictures that will be taken during our trip.  We will each end up with a very personalized mini scrapbook of our adventure!

***WARNING:  This is a very picture-heavy post.  Each page is unique and I wanted to share each one with you.  Enjoy!***

Without further ado, here are my books, for your viewing pleasure :)

We'll start with my book:

Book #2:

Book #3:

Book #4:

On the back of each one, I added a little note with each girl's name, letting them know it is a gift from me.  I also put July 2012 & Charleston, SC on each one for future reference.

Aren't they just fantastic?!  I had so much fun creating them, making each one completely unique and special for my amazing friends.  I can't wait to fill them with loads of pictures and memories from our trip to Charleston!
