Rebecca Cooper from the blog Simple As That and her family recently moved from St. Maarten back to their home in Calgary - WOW! Can you say drastic change of scenery?!
But somehow, between moving and Christmas shopping, (and juggling 4 kids!) she managed to unpack her computer and get a blog post done - The Simple Things. It's usually up on Sundays but since this Sunday is Christmas, she put it up early - YAY!
I'm happy about that for 2 reasons - 1. I love Rebecca and her blog so I'm happy to see her back online. 2. I snapped this picture yesterday morning and I'm so excited to have a reason to post it!
I went in yesterday morning to get my daughter up, and discovered that her elf, Ollie, had decorated her room for Christmas. The glow of the twinkle lights over her bed, combined with the word "dream" above it, and her beautiful sweet face made this an image that I will treasure.
Merry Christmas everyone! Here's to hoping your Christmas is filled with lots of "simple things" to cherish.
